Adobe's CoreTech Color & Graphics team as a Computer Scientist - II. Your work will have a strong impact on multiple products in the organization and provide a cohesive experience across the Adobe ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain core libraries that power color and graphics-related features in Adobe desktop, mobile and web offerings.
- Close collaboration with multiple product teams to understand their needs, and deliver the required solutions.
- Comprehend, debug, and re-architect complex legacy codebases to improve performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to invent and implement new features to provide value to our end users and improve the performance of our libraries.
- Ensure the flawless execution of software development processes
- Continuously improve code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
Must have skills:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field from a prestigious institution or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years of software development experience
- Proven proficiency in C and C++
- Experience working with large, complex codebases, preferably in the domain of color management and computer graphics
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
Good to have:
- Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Experience working with AI coding assistants and using them to multiply productivity
