Computer Science Teacher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Science Teacher at Vinayaka Public School, located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The Computer Science Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons, creating and updating curriculum, and facilitating an understanding of computer science concepts among students. The role includes assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Collaboration with other educators to integrate technology into other subjects and participation in school activities is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and Computer Science Education techniques
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Understanding of Mathematics and its application in computer science
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively
• Teaching certification, bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Education, or relevant field
• Experience in teaching or training in a school setting is a plus
