Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher who can teach students at school, undergraduate, and competitive exam levels. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Computer Science, including topics such as programming (C, C++, Python, Java), Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, notes, assignments, and test papers aligned with academic and competitive exam requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions to track student progress.
- Provide personalized attention and mentorship to students for academic improvement.
- Explain complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, suitable for pen-and-paper exams as well as conceptual clarity.
- Assist students in preparing for competitive exams such as WB SET, GATE, UGC NET, and other relevant examinations.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating classroom environment.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and technological advancements in the field of Computer Science.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and teaching strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/MSc preferred).
- Strong academic background with in-depth knowledge of core Computer Science subjects.
- Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes, schools, or colleges is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching passion may also apply.
