Parnami Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator to manage warehouse data, inventory records, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP MM, Advanced Excel, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate data management and smooth coordination with the operations team.

Role Description

• Perform data entry and documentation in SAP MM accurately.
• Maintain and update warehouse stock and inventory records.
• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Handle GRN entry, material inward and outward records.
• Maintain dispatch records and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for inventory updates.
• Ensure proper data accuracy and record management in the system.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
• Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
