Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator based in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring that the machines function efficiently. Additional duties include executing precision machining tasks, monitoring production to ensure quality and specifications compliance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and maintaining a safe workspace is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining tasks
• Experience with Milling and working with Machinery
• Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and standards
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Hands-on experience and technical proficiency with CNC machinery and tools
• Understanding of workplace health and safety standards related to manufacturing
• Must have 1 - 5 years of experience in CNC operations, or a related field
