Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. As a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, setting up equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. Daily tasks include programming CNC machinery, conducting quality checks, performing regular machine maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and general Machinery handling
• Experience in Milling, Machining, and related mechanical processes
• Skill in Quality Control to ensure precision and adherence to specifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
