Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Computer Lab Assistant at Noble University in Junagadh. The Computer Lab Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the computer lab infrastructure, providing technical support, assisting students and faculty with computer-related tasks, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and software in the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of software and hardware issues.
• Strong Computer Literacy skills and familiarity with various Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Excellent Communication skills to assist students and faculty effectively.
• Ability to maintain organizational and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic work environment.
• Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage.
