Job Title: L1.5 Computer Hardware Technician

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Should be flexible to work from ECP in future

Salary: Up to 5 LPA (based on current CTC & relevant experience)

About the Role

We are hiring a technically strong L1.5 Hardware Support Engineer to join our AMS support team. The role involves resolving hardware and OS-related issues, providing step-by-step guidance to users, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and high-quality support across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and peripheral-related issues
• Provide remote support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
• Document issues, resolutions, and escalations accurately
• Maintain professional communication and deliver customer-focused support
• Collaborate with teams for escalations and complex problem resolution
• Work in AMS shift initially with flexibility for future shift changes
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a hybrid model (KTP/ECP)

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (preferably BCA or equivalent technical background)
• 14 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
• Strong understanding of hardware, OS concepts, system configuration, and troubleshooting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
• Ability to follow SOPs, SLAs, and documentation standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
