Job Title: CAD Designer – Interior Technical Drawings
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our growing interiors team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drafting expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on experience in preparing accurate execution drawings for residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings on AutoCAD for interior projects.
- Develop complete drawing sets including:
-Layout plans
-Furniture layouts
-Ceiling plans
-Flooring layouts
-Electrical drawings
-Plumbing drawings
-Joinery / carpentry details
-Elevations and sectional drawings
-Site execution drawings
- Coordinate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure drawings are practical and site-ready.
- Revise drawings as per client feedback, site changes, and design updates.
- Ensure all drawings follow company CAD standards, layers, dimensions, and documentation protocols.
- Support BOQ and material coordination where required.
- Maintain drawing records and version control.
- Coordinate basic services drawings with HVAC, electrical, and MEP consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in interior technical drafting / CAD detailing.
- Strong command over AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good understanding of interior construction details and execution processes.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, materials, and site feasibility.
- Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential / commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max is an added advantage.
- Ability to visit site when required and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
