Qualification: MTech/MSc in Computational Biology / Bioinformatics (2+ years experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled Computational Biology Researchers to develop and validate computational biology pipelines and scientific features for our platform. This role focuses on advancing our scientific understanding through computational methodologies in drug discovery pipeline and workflow development in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Target Discovery & Systems Biology

• Target identification using multi-omics, literature, and public datasets
• Pathway analysis, network biology, functional enrichment, disease biology context
• Build reproducible pipelines for biological data integration and interpretation
• Required Skillset: Omics/systems biology, Python/R, biological databases and pathway tools

2) Computer aided Drug Discovery (CADD)

• Similarity search, QSAR/QSPR, scaffold hopping, pharmacophore workflows
• SAR analysis, chemical space exploration, clustering, diversity selection
• Compound library + assay data curation for screening and modeling
• Protein structure preparation, binding site analysis, pocket characterization
• Docking workflows and post-docking analysis, MD simulation(poses, interactions, ranking)
• Benchmarking and validation of structure-based pipelines
• Required Skillset: RDKit + Python, fingerprints/descriptors, assay data cleaning and analysis
