We are a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm based in Malad, Mumbai, specialising in capital market and financial services consultancy and audit. We provide professional consultancy, advisory, regulatory compliance, internal audit, concurrent audit, and related services to various SEBI-registered intermediaries and entities operating in the financial services sector.

Our clientele includes Stock Brokers, Portfolio Managers, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, Mutual Fund Distributors, Merchant Bankers, Depository Participants, and other capital market intermediaries.

We are currently looking to recruit candidates who are keen to build a long-term career in the capital markets, financial services, regulatory compliance and audit.

1.   Company Secretary, LLB:-2 Positions

• Candidates who have successfully cleared the CS Final examination. Candidates with an LL.B. qualification or legal background will be given preference.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Candidates with an interest in regulatory compliance, audit, financial analysis and capital market-related assignments will be preferred.
• Candidates having prior capital market or financial services experience will be considered for competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.

2. CMA Intermediate – 2 Positions

• Candidates who have successfully cleared CMA Intermediate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with an interest in capital markets, regulatory compliance, audit and financial services will be preferred.

3. CMA Final – 2 Positions

• Candidates who have successfully cleared CMA Final.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Candidates with an interest in regulatory compliance, audit, financial analysis and capital market-related assignments will be preferred.
• Candidates having prior capital market or financial services experience will be considered for competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.
