  • Manage and track exceptions with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and closure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure vulnerability reports are closed on time
  • Maintain up-to-date Technology policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve Audit and Compliance issues within the Technology domain in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and present progress reports to customers and management, highlighting key results and insights
  • Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices to inform compliance and exception management activities
