Compliance Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, implement compliance policies, and address organization-wide risks. Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting regulations, maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation, conducting audits, and recommending improvements. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal departments to ensure both legal and operational compliance and to promote an organization-wide culture of ethical business practices.

• Expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess, evaluate, and mitigate risks
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Finance to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using compliance software tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Work experience in regulatory compliance activities is preferred
