Compliance Operations Specialist

Role Description And Key Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of Compliance training courses (online training),
  • Compliance assessment of business partners (e.g. distributors),
  • Ensuring quarterly compliance controls are tested and adhered to.
  • Handling of sanctions screening alerts,
  • General Administration support to the Compliance & Data Protection team,
  • Responding to customer and internal inquiries re Compliance Program,
  • Monthly progress reporting to management, etc.
  • Maintain and update cases in the Whistleblowing system
  • Take minutes during investigation meetings and ensure secure storage of records.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity

Key Success Criteria's / KPIs

  • diligent, stable, precise, detail-oriented, reliable, on-time;
  • excellent English language writing skills;
  • strong Sense of Confidentiality;
  • understanding of internal compliance programs;
  • willing to take individual responsibility for the tasks, while understanding the team's goals, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Microsoft Office professional user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Good at keeping focus on a variety of projects in different compliance areas and multiple stakeholders.
  • Can efficiently handle complex tasks like data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation, while respecting deadlines and demonstrating high attention to details.

Required Education, Experience And Job-related Skills

  • Many areas are relevant to compliance work including law, economics, finance, and international business
  • Excellent operational skills are key.
  • Min 3-4 years experience in international company in a regional or global role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with IT tools and AI solutions to optimize workflow efficiency is a plus.
