Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Specialist at GREENWAY CLOTHINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Coimbatore. The Compliance Specialist will ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring compliance systems, conducting audits, preparing reports, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance risks and implementing improved processes to maintain legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance-related risks
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex information
- Familiarity with the textile and manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Certifications in compliance or regulatory fields are highly advantageous
