Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Compliance Program Manager to join one of our team. In this role, resources will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global compliance strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Resource will act as a key liaison between the Compliance Organization and product development teams, driving risk mitigation and process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage global compliance program plans, budgets, and schedules with minimal oversight.
- Risk Management: Assess operational, product, and compliance risks; design and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Investigations: Lead internal investigations and provide resolution for global compliance issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Compliance Organization in project meetings, providing status updates and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Regulatory Filings: Manage the documentation and submission of compliance reports to secure global regulatory approvals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance compliance procedures through business process automation, managing these initiatives from scoping to completion.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in compliance or program management.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EMC, Safety, Telecom, NEBS).
- Program Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Requirements
- Deep understanding of networking product lifecycles.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Web Development.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangChain), and modern development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Google Antigravity, or OpenAI Codex).
