Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Compliance professional. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring legal compliance requirements, developing compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and maintaining detailed records of compliance activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide expert advice on compliance-related matters to mitigate risks and support ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance practices and frameworks
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying risks and developing solutions
- Effective Communication skills to interact with teams and regulatory bodies
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in compliance roles, preferably in regulated industries
