Compliance Officer PMS Business

Our client is a leading private banking institution that is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Officer to support and strengthen the compliance framework for its PMS business in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end compliance activities for the PMS business in line with SEBI regulations and internal policies.
• Overseeing AML / KYC processes, regulatory filings, audits, and investor grievance management.
• Supporting governance reporting, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination across the business.
• Conducting compliance reviews, policy updates, and training programs to strengthen the control framework.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 10-15 years of compliance experience within financial services, with strong exposure to PMS compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations, AML / CFT requirements, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as NISM Series XIII and qualifications including an LLB or CS would be advantageous.
