Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure that our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and training staff on compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters of Social Work ( preferred )
  • 2-6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in India, including corporate governance and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in compliance management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
