We are seeking a Compliance Manager for our IFSC Fund Management division. Based in Mumbai, this full-time on-site role involves overseeing and ensuring regulatory compliance within fund management operations. The Compliance Manager will develop and implement compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, conduct regular audits, and provide mitigation strategies to address compliance risks. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain alignment with local and international regulations, as well as liaising with regulatory bodies as needed.

• Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management processes in financial services, particularly in IFSC Fund Management.
• Experience in compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and developing compliance frameworks.
• Ability to monitor and incorporate changes in national and international regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required; relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Prior experience in compliance or risk management within the financial services sector, especially in fund management, is highly desirable.
