About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Compliance Manager (Freelancer) to join our team and ensure regulatory adherence, risk management, and policy compliance across business operations. If you're passionate about governance, compliance frameworks, and solving real-world business challenges, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create deliverables addressing common compliance and regulatory requests within your professional domain.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research and improve quality.
- Diagnose and solve real-world compliance challenges to advance machine learning systems.
- Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely.
- Manage your own schedule with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
- Support policy reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance-related problem solving.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Compliance Management, Risk Management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and corporate governance.
- Experience in audits, policy development, and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance management tools or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
