Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager - 15+ Years - Mumbai

This role is responsible for leading the centrally formed Compliance Centralization Function in Mumbai. The role involves transitioning work from global locations, driving end-to-end transformation projects, managing stakeholder engagement, defining SLAs, handling risk escalations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead the development, implementation, embedding and maintenance of an efficient and independent Compliance Centralization Function.
2. Transition compliance work from global locations to Mumbai with clear documentation, scope understanding and defined SLAs.
3. Handle multiple end-to-end transformation initiatives with varying levels of complexity.
4. Plan, schedule and track project deliverables, goals and milestones.
5. Lead and manage a team of Compliance professionals including coaching, performance reviews, development planning and alignment with performance management policies.

Requirements -

1. Minimum bachelor's degree (mandatory).
2. Project Management certification preferred (Prince2 / PMP).
3. Operational Development Programme (ODP) L1 and L2 certified.
4. Minimum 15+ years of overall experience.
5. 5+ years of experience in operational leadership and/or project management.
6. Insurance, broking or financial services industry experience preferred.
