About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our Compliance team in managing regulatory operations and ensuring adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance processes within a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in ensuring day-to-day compliance with regulations, circulars, and notifications issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories
• Monitor exchange portals for new circulars, regulatory updates, and compliance submissions
• Maintain and update the internal compliance calendar
• Support preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports and compliance filings within defined timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technology, and Finance to gather required information and data
• Assist during internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
• Help prepare responses to audit observations, exchange queries, and inspection-related requirements
• Track new regulatory developments and circulate relevant updates to concerned stakeholders
• Maintain compliance documentation and trackers in an organized manner

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed LLB / CS / CA / MBA / Commerce-related degree
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
