Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
  • Address and resolve compliance-related queries and concerns.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies when required.
  • Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SD Compliance professional should have:

  • A degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience in the business services or telemarketing industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools and software is preferred.
