We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and the latest technologies to join our Cyber Security Team.
About the Role
Key Job Accountabilities include:
- Handling service requests and incidents
- Creating service tickets and security assessment tasks as per SOP
- Developing portals using Python, Java, and other technologies
- Ensuring compliance status of assessments before approval
- Monitoring SLA for tickets and assigning them appropriately
- Preparing daily service request reports, including SLA breach reports
- Alerting the team on timely closure of service requests
- Conducting first-level verification of compliance for ticket servers
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MS from a recognized institute
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Information Security
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong personal drive and positive work ethic
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and work environments
- Ability to comprehend medium complexity tasks and create execution plans
- Ownership mindset with persistence in following up on tasks
Required Skills
- IT systems, networking, and database concepts
- TCP/IP and Operating Systems (Windows/Unix), databases, and network devices
- Coding and development experience
- Implementing standard network and endpoint security controls (Firewalls, IDS, VPN, Anti-virus)
- Assessing security hardening and secure configuration best practices
