About the Role: Ensuring that Assignment Support Teams are fully equipped to provide contractors with clear, concise, and compliant documentation that safeguards NES Fircroft's business interests and minimizes the risk of client or contractor complaints or litigation. This includes effective stakeholder management to build strong, collaborative internal relationships and direct supervision of the Compliance Officer for the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Contract Interpretation & Internal Communication: Identify, document, and communicate to internal stakeholders the client contract specific requirements from post-execution complex client contracts in your allocated region (principally concerning, but not limited to, contractor pre-engagement screening & onboarding), and ensure these are followed internally.

Alignment of Contractor Contract Templates: Ensure that the contractor contract templates used by Assignment Support Teams are in line with client terms.

Internal Audit Support: Support colleagues who carry out internal audits of business activities against defined criteria (principally concerning, but not limited to, compliance with contractor pre-engagement screening & onboarding requirements).

Compliance Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up to date databases relating to Compliance Assurance.

Adherence to Compliance Assurance Procedures: Follow all established Compliance Assurance procedures.

Compliance Advisory & Escalation Support: Act as the first point of escalation for complex contractual compliance queries and serve as the first line of support for compliance-related questions within the Compliance Assurance team.

Operational & Supervisory Support: Assist the Compliance Manager in overseeing daily operations by providing supervisory support.

Coaching, Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to junior colleagues by reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback.

Continuous Support of Compliance Excellence: Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft's high Compliance Assurance Standards

What We're Looking For:

Qualification: Bachelor's Law degree.

Experience: Minimum three of the following:

• Has passed a Contract Management course or shows similar competency.
• Previous contractual compliance / contract management / contractual risk management experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a corporate / in-house environment.
• Experience reading contracts and identifying client requirements.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone and videocall manner.
• Ability to write clearly and simplistically (essentially, this is in order to translate information from a client contract into plain English for non-lawyers).

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to priorities work and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail: Great attention to detail.

Quick Learning Capability: Experience in quickly learning new processes, and ability to follow them consistently.

Documentation Skills:

• Experience in accurately and consistently documenting and filing written and verbal information.
• Experience working with substantial documents (e.g., contracts).

Teamwork & Leadership Quality: Ability to work well independently and guide other team members.
