Value-Added Tech Distribution - Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions and Fundamental Resource Management & AI

Global Commerce - Launchpad for global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms

Anvit & You - Architecture and Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for agreement execution.
• Manage statutory compliances and filings via several compliance portals
• Maintain compliance trackers and documentation for corporate actions
• Liaise with cross-functional and organize legal and statutory records

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge and understanding of contract reading and drafting.
• Strong written English skills with clarity in legal and business communication.
• Experience with statutory portals related to secretarial and compliance work

Qualification:

• LL.B. / Semi-Qualified CS/ Graduate with relevant exposure
