Create and update a comprehensive compliance training program
Define an overarching communication plan to help ensure adequate level of communication and information to employees regarding compliance culture, risks, and measures
Organize, track, and perform trainings on compliance topics together with subject matter experts
Delivering reports to stakeholders
Qualifications :
Masters/Bachelors degree in any related field is preferred.
3-6 years experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Independent initiative and critical thinking skills.
