Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR team based in Mumbai ,India as Compensation Specialist.
You will be responsible for the design , implementation and management of competitive compensation strategies in India.

Key Accountabilities :
- This role will ensure that the organization pay structures and reward programs align with market trends, legal requirements and business objectives.
- The Compensation Specialist will play a key role in maintaining internal equity, supporting talent retention and driving the company's total rewards strategy through proactive analysis and stakeholder management.
- Lead the salary review and bonus processes for the market in accordance with the guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Engage with key stakeholders, up to mid-senior management levels, providing expert guidance on compensation policies, proposed strategies and procedures to maintain consistency across QR Group.
- Provide advisory services on compensation related inquiries, audits and reporting requirements with agility and professionalism.

Qualifications
To be Successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A recognized accreditation in HR is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years related job experience within an International company.
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, including compliance with local and international regulations.
- Experience in reviewing and raising proposals for local benefit schemes/plans as required.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement across multiple levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate across all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
