We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the super high-rise building project. This role is responsible for planning, monitoring and executing large and complex construction projects; organizing financial and non-financial resources; integrating project deliverables with engineering plans; complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms; building and strengthening of relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the objective of delivering large construction projects within timelines and cost budgets while adhering to safety and quality standards to the satisfaction of the client
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery:
- Plan, execute, and deliver residential construction projects (including super high-rise buildings) to scope, within budget, and on schedule.
- Determine and manage project KPIs, ensuring specified quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to align on project expectations.
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting throughout project phases.
Team and People Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.
Subcontractor Management:
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance.
- Ensure all parties adhere to agreed project timelines and quality standards.
Commercial and Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets and P&L accountability.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across the project lifecycle without compromising quality.
HSE Compliance:
- Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental management on all construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Tackle challenges effectively with structured problem-solving approaches. Develop creative and actionable solutions to project risks and conflicts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
- Proven experience in contractor-side construction project management, specifically with large-scale super high-rise projects (preferred experience on projects taller than 50 floors).
- Project management expertise, with deep knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Analytical and critical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
