Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Compensation & Benefits in the strategic planning and
execution of compensation and benefits programs.
Process and manage complex employee benefits enrolments, changes, and
terminations.
Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS
systems, ensuring data integrity, carrying out changes in the employee master
on account of any changes in compensation
Conduct regular audits of benefits and compensation data to ensure accuracy
and compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive benefits and compensation
communications to employees, Generate Increment / Promotion letters.
Respond to and resolve complex employee inquiries regarding benefits and
compensation policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior
management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or
similar role.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data
modeling, and advanced Excel functions.
Extensive experience with HRIS and compensation management software
(e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to
compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication skills to convey policies and benefits to employees.
High attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Certification in Compensation
