We are looking forward to hireSAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

Experience - 3-5 years

  • Minimum 2 E2E implementation project experience for Compensation Module
  • Minimum 2 Support projects implementation project experience for Compensation Module
  • Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
  • Should know how to route forms when needed.
  • Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
  • Understand how Update forms works.
  • Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.
  • Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements.
  • Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.
  • It would help if the consultant is certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.
  • Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
  • Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
  • Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
  • SAP Compensation Certification desired
  • Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
