Roles and Responsibilities
- Leads compensation operations for India-based associates, executing localized compensation initiatives under the direction of U.S.-based global leadership.
- Consults with business leaders, People + Culture stakeholders, and FP&A partners to advise on compensation best practices aligned with global strategy.
- Conducts detailed analytical modeling to support compensation recommendations and influences pay strategies, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive design.
- Facilitates market review and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Administers the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring accurate calculations, system readiness, governance, and alignment with plan design.
- Performs compensation audits and analytics to ensure data integrity, pay equity considerations, and adherence to compensation policies.
- Assists in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of core compensation programs.
- Develops compensation insights and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for leaders and managers.
- Harnesses AI technologies to streamline and enhance compensation processes, including modeling, forecasting, and manager self-service enablement.
- Partners with HRIS (e.g., Workday) teams to support system configuration and compensation-related reporting.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of total rewards experience with strong emphasis on compensation.
- Experience operating in a global matrix environment highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- CCP or GRP certification preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario planning, data analysis) and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., CoPilot Studio or similar) preferred.
- Workday compensation module experience highly preferred.
