- Design and develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track compensation trends and workforce analytics.
- Manage and maintain compensation data for global employee populations with utmost accuracy.
- Assist in the digital transformation journey of the HR function.
- Support compensation planning, budgeting, and incentive program implementation.
- Partner with HR teams across geographies to resolve queries and drive rewards excellence.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Post-Graduate in HR or a Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Compensation & Benefits domain (Compensation Benchmarking, Rewards strategy, HR Analytics, data management, strategy, employee engagement).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, modeling, and forecasting.
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such as BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP (SuccessFactors), Fusion, or Workday is also a plus.
- A highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
