We are looking for a C&B Manager to design and manage total rewards programs, including compensation strategy, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, and tax structure design.

Core KPIs

Compensation Strategy incl., Planning & Structure design

Tax & Benefits Structure Design

Annual Compensation Review & Benchmarking

Interaction with leading consulting firms (AON, Mercer, etc.)

Benefits Administration

Incentive, Variable Pay, ESOPs & Rewards Programs

Job Evaluation & Grading

HR Systems & Analytics

Essential Requirements

810 years in C&B leadership/specialist role

Making SOPs/ Ctrls on payroll and C&B process

Strong HRMS & Excel skills

Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Willing to relocate to Hyderabad & work 5.5 days/week
