We are hiring for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) role for our HR team.

Looking for professionals with strong expertise in Compensation Analytics, HR data analysis, stakeholder management, and salary negotiations.

Role Requirements:

• 5–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics

• MBA / PGDM in HR & Finance from a reputed institute

• Strong analytical capability and business understanding

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboards

• Strong exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and HR MIS

• Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams

• Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented professional

Preferred:

• Experience in Technology / BFSI / Product organizations

• Exposure to compensation reporting, analytics, and data-driven HR decision-making
