Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and adherence to timelines
  • Should have prior experience working for MNC organization.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Handle compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, and revisions.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs (insurance, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Work closely with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain and optimize HRMS systems for payroll and benefits management
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports, payroll reports, and dashboards
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Support audits (internal/external) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Should have 10+ yrs of experience.
