Role - Compensation Analyst

Exp - 3-5 years

Job Summary - The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for compensation programs, processes, and reporting. The role performs mainly straightforward compensation assignments using established guidelines while exercising sound judgment and discretion. This role works with limited supervision and supports HR and business partners through accurate analysis, reporting, and program administration.

Additional Experience - Open to work with US and UK based stakeholders in a global environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities-

  • Support compensation programs including salary reviews, incentives, and reporting.
  • Assist in annual cycles such as merit increases, promotions, and bonus processing.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data, dashboards, and reports for HR/business needs.
  • Perform compensation analysis (salary changes, incentives, data validation).
  • Address compensation-related queries from HR and managers.
  • Create/update job descriptions and support job evaluations.
  • Assist in testing and validation of HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Handle ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
