We are operating in a highly regulated environment with strong exposure to SEBI / market
infrastructure / transaction and settlement processes / compliance-led business operations. This role is ideal for a fresher Company Secretary who wants to build a strong career incorporate compliance, regulatory framework, secretarial practice, and capital market
operations.
Role Purpose
The Company Secretary will support the organization in ensuring timely and accurate
compliance with applicable laws, secretarial requirements, board-level documentation,
regulatory filings, and internal governance practices. The role will also involve close
coordination with business, legal, operations, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day secretarial, corporate, and regulatory compliance activities.
Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, legal documents, and compliance databases accurately and on time. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing statutory forms, returns, disclosures, and regulatory submissions under corporate and SEBI laws.
Prepare board notes, agendas, minutes, resolutions, meeting papers, and governance documents. Track SEBI regulations, legal amendments, circulars, and market updates, ensuring Support transaction documentation, approval workflows, execution checks, and market-linked regulatory paperwork.
Assist in monitoring compliance observations, reporting obligations, risk-sensitive
documentation, and market exposure matters.
Prepare professional correspondence, internal notes, presentations, and management
reports.
Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless
coordination and timely closure of assignments.
Drive process discipline, documentation standards, record management, and
continuous improvement in compliance efficiency.
Take proactive ownership of governance, business, regulatory, and capital market
matters to contribute beyond routine compliance.
What We Are Looking For
Qualified Company Secretary with strong interest in capital markets and compliance.
Good understanding of corporate laws, secretarial standards, and compliance basics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills
Interest in capital markets, merchant banking, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Comfort in working with structured documentation and regulated processes.
Ability to understand transaction workflows, compliance checkpoints, and risk- sensitive operations.
