Role Description

The Company Secretary at CreditSea will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with regulatory and statutory requirements while upholding effective corporate governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing board meetings, maintaining statutory books, filing returns with regulatory bodies, and providing administrative support to the board of directors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in the respective field

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI, MCA, and other applicable laws
  • Handle secretarial compliance, filings, and documentation with ROC and other regulatory authorities
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes of Board, Committee, and General Meetings
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate governance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Support management in legal, compliance, and governance-related matters

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance
  • Good understanding of documentation and statutory processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Good communication and coordination skills
