Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on NBFC and RBI regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and prepare regular reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in conducting compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Support investigations of compliance-related issues, preparing reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on compliance priorities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or CS (Company secretary)
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations, especially in NBFCs.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a compliance function, internal audit, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
