Role Description:

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update Statutory Registers, ROC filings, and Company Records.
  • Draft, review, and scrutinize Legal Agreements, MOUs, and other contractual documents.
  • Prepare and maintain Board Meeting Notices
  • , Agendas, and Minutes; handle Board Resolutions and Company Policies.
  • Coordinate with External Auditors, Consultants, and Regulatory Bodies for audits, filings, and inspections.
  • Assist in the Secretarial Audit and ensure timely completion of the audit report.
  • Keep management informed on updates or amendments in Company Law, FEMA, MCA and related legal frameworks.
  • Provide support in legal due diligence, company formation, or restructuring activities.

Who are we looking for

  • Qualified Company Secretary with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in Private Limited Company compliance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation, contract drafting, and regulatory filings.
