Job Description

Manage compliance with RBI / NPCI regulations across digital lending, payments, UPI TPAP, and BBPS.
Ensure regulatory audits and interactions, including compliance reporting and corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks through effective monitoring and control frameworks.
Coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders on complex compliance matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

CS qualified (MBA preferred LLB an added advantage).
13-15 years of PQE in BFSI / Fintech space
Strong experience with regulatory compliance, governance, and audits.
Excellent technical and stakeholder communication skill
