Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the company.
  • Maintain records of the company's activities and decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Advise the board on governance matters and best practices.
  • Manage shareholder communications and maintain the shareholder register.
  • Support the company in corporate governance initiatives and compliance audits.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in drafting minutes, reports, and other legal documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
