Job Description

Oversee all corporate secretarial activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Manage board meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
Ensure timely filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Advise on risk management strategies and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Keep the company updated on changes in legal and regulatory landscapes relevant to the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of CS should have:

Professional qualifications in Company Secretaryship and Law.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Experience within the FMCG industry, particularly in Cosmetics or Toiletries.
Strong expertise in managing legal and secretarial functions.
Proven ability to handle complex legal documentation and contracts.
