Job Summary
A leading animalhealthcare organisation is looking for a seasoned Operations leader to drive end-to-end manufacturing across India & overseas. The role focuses on operational discipline, multi-site alignment, compliance, and performance improvement, with a strong emphasis on building scalable systems and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing & Operations
- Lead multi-site manufacturing across India & overseas
- Drive production adherence, efficiency, and KPI performance
- Standardise practices and reduce deviations/rework
2. Compliance & Quality
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Strengthen CAPA and documentation discipline
3. Planning & Inventory
- Align production with demand forecasts
- Improve planning reliability and optimise inventory
4. Engineering & Continuous Improvement
- Enhance equipment reliability and uptime
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma and RCA-led improvements
5. EHS
- Implement robust safety practices and governance
- Track EHS performance and drive corrective actions
6. Leadership
- Lead Plant Heads across geographies
- Build strong teams, accountability, and leadership pipeline
Qualifications & Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
- Strong exposure to regulated environments (pharma / vaccines / biologics) in Animal Health industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple plants / geographies
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and inspections
- Background in Biology / Engineering / Veterinary sciences (MBA preferred)
