Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing company accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the management with financial insights.

Work Location

HiLITE Business Park,Kozhikode, Kerala (On-site role)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements

Manage GST filings, TDS filings, and statutory compliance

Maintain company financial records using accounting software

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Manage payroll support and expense tracking

Monitor financial transactions and reconcile bank statements

Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)

1+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance

Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar tools

Proficiency in financial reporting

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate or IT company environment

Knowledge of Zoho Books and payroll systems

Familiarity with financial audits and compliance procedures
