Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Operations Manager to build and scale Lysto's global playtester network.
You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and engaging playtesters across markets, ensuring the right players participate in the right studies at the right time.
This role combines community building, operational execution, and engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle of Lysto's global playtester community
Recruit and onboard new playtesters across priority markets
Design engagement programs to drive participation and retention
Ensure sufficient playtester supply for ongoing research projects
Track and improve community metrics such as participation rate, no-shows, and engagement
Work closely with research, operations, and sales teams to meet project requirements
Build communication frameworks and engagement initiatives for the community
Identify and implement improvements to community workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
26 years of experience in community operations, user operations, marketplace supply, or program management
Experience managing user communities, creator ecosystems, or large user groups
Strong communication and engagement skills
Excellent organizational and operational problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking community metrics
