This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raurkela for a Community Mobilizer. The Community Mobilizer will engage with community members to develop meaningful connections, foster participation, and encourage collaboration. Responsibilities will include organizing community outreach programs, establishing relationships with local stakeholders, providing support and guidance to community members, and managing inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to building trust and maintaining a positive community environment aligned with HIREKARMA's mission.

• Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the community
• Proficiency in Community Engagement and management of outreach programs
• Excellent Communication and active listening skills
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide solutions effectively
• Experience in Community Management, including organizing events or initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in community engagement or mobilization is a plus
• Passion for empowering individuals and creating a positive impact in the community
