Role & Responsibilities
- Build, moderate, and scale online communities across Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, and Telegram—turning followers into superfans.
- Design and execute engagement campaigns that boost retention, reduce churn, and drive UGC (user-generated content).
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align community insights with GTM strategies and product roadmaps.
- Monitor sentiment, identify emerging trends, and create community health dashboards to inform strategy.
- Train and manage volunteer mod teams, establish moderation guidelines, and enforce community standards.
- Host live AMAs, Q&As, and digital events to deepen community trust and drive brand advocacy.
